Healing and Hope:
Maplewood Division of Arts and Culture and the 1978 Maplewood Arts Center present “HOPE and HEALING: Poetry as Resilience” a poetry reading on Sunday, March 27, 2022 from 2-4pm at the Woodland Parlor.
Featuring poets Lynne McEniry, Tamara Zbrizher, Ysabel Y. Gonzalez, and SOMA’s own Leah Jackson and Kathleen Kremins, HOPE and HEALING presents the spoken word as an act of resilience against the sexism, racism, homophobia, ageism, and the gender-based violence women face around the world.
Attendees are required to socially distance and wear face coverings at all times. More information is available at maplewoodartsandculture.org.
