Join us for the Women in Leadership Speaker Panel and hear from inspiring women who will discuss leadership and resilience. Q&A and networking follows.
The Women in Leadership Panel is designed to create a meaningful and engaging conversation between you and our students, centered on leadership, growth and resilience.
Through a moderated discussion, we will explore your experiences using questions such as:
- Can you share a pivotal moment that challenged your leadership and what you learned from it?
- How have you navigated gender bias or barriers throughout your career?
- How do you define leadership within your industry?
- In retrospect, what advice would you give your younger self about leadership and career growth?
- What role have mentorship and networking played in your professional growth?
We will conclude the moderated portion with an open Q&A session, giving students the opportunity to ask their own questions and share reflections.
Following the program, you are invited to stay for a brief networking session with the speakers!
